We have adopted a “zero injury” policy, based on our commitment to the Construction Safety Association of Ontario. We are pleased to be able to bring additional value to our clients through lower insurance rates for each project and offering the guaranteed security of unsurpassed safety. Resulting from our deep commitment to safety, we have established numerous innovative programs and approaches, which will be put in place on your project.

This accomplishment is achieved by carefully pre-planning all safety requirements and training needs. At the same time, we lead and require the same from our subcontractors as we continue to monitor and review the safety needs for any project, including pre-task planning regarding job hazard analysis.

Environmentall is proactive in our focus on job site safety. Our superintendent along with our safety director will oversee safety programs and training on your site. All on-site personnel will be held accountable for job site safety. Whether a new employee, trade contractor or veteran worker, if they see a hazard or problem they will be empowered and required to fix the problem or inform the superintendent of the hazard.

This effort will provide for an efficient and safe work environment before the task is even started. Crews will know exactly what is being done, who is doing it and what type of tool or equipment is needed for the specific tasks.

Environmentall is committed to making the close out process for your construction project simple, effective and painless. A Deficiency list will be used throughout your project to proactively address unfinished items and ensure subcontractors complete the work while they are still on the jobsite.

Environmentall will complete all of your remaining deficiency list items within 30 days, allowing you to get on with your business. Environmentall’s tradition of taking care of clients will be evident throughout your warranty service period.
