(ECSI) has been in business, operating since 2009. ECSI employees over 75 full time employees year round. ECSI management team offers over 150 years of combined experience in the industry with a full complement of industry training and certifications.

ECSI is a Designated Organization Screening (DOS) with Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD) of Public Works and Government Services Canada. This grants ECSI reliability security clearance to bid and execute Government of Canada contracts. All employees are cleared by BackCheck and CPIC.

ECSI is also an approved vendor with Utilities Kingston which grants ECSI clearance to bid and execute City of Kingston utility work including underground services.

To name a few, ECSI client list includes all municipalities within the Frontenac region, Kingston Frontenac Housing Corp., Queen’s University, Kingston Hospitals, Kingston Federal institutions (DCC, RMC, CFHA), all penitentiaries, Algonquin/Limestone District School Board, City of Ottawa and City of Belleville.
